Washington High School Basketball - Bellingham knocked off by Lynden Christian

The Lynden Christian Lyncs basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Bellingham Bayhawks to 47 in the Lyncs league triumph on Friday.

The Lyncs now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kentridge for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16. Lynden Christian will meet a Chargers team coming off a 69-65 league win over Decatur (Federal Way, WA). The Chargers record now stands at 3-4.

The Bayhawks (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Sehome (Bellingham, WA). The Mariners enter the 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Sehome ran past Burlington-Edison (Burlington, WA), 66-56, in a league contest.
