The Waterville-Elysian-Morristown Buccaneers (Waterville, MN) basketball knocked off the host Bethlehem Academy Cardinals (Faribault, MN), 86-72 in Friday's non-league test.

The Buccaneers (4-3) will now prepare for their test against Waseca (Waseca, MN). The Bluejays go into the AA Section 2 test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Waseca went down by Jackson County Central (Jackson, MN), 87-71, in a non-league test.

The Cardinals now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Rushford-Peterson for a non-league test on Saturday, December 16. Bethlehem Academy will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 72-64 non-league loss to La Crescent/La Crescent Montessori & Stem (La Crescent, MN). The Trojans record now stands at 3-2.
