Georgia High School Basketball - Central of Coosa County trounced by Troup County

December 15, 2023: LaGrange, GA 30241

The Troup County Tigers routed the visiting Central of Coosa County Cougars basketball team by a final score of 78-53 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Valley Rams (Valley, AL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, December 16. Troup County will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Rams enter the game with a 8-1 record after their 75-70 non-league loss to Auburn (Auburn, AL).

With the defeat, Central of Coosa County moves to 4-3 on the year. The Cougars travel to Wilcox Central (Camden, AL) to face the Jaguars in a non-league game on Saturday, December 16. The Jaguars enter the game with a record of 7-3. Wilcox Central won 67-54 in their recent non-league game against Lanett (Lanett, AL)
