The Miller Career Academy basketball team (St. Louis, MO), was nudged 53-50 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Douglass Trojans (Oklahoma City, OK)

The Trojans now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East St. Louis for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 16. Douglass will battle a Flyers team coming off a 68-65 league win over Belleville West (Belleville, IL). The Flyers record now stands at 5-2.
