In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Edgewood Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 66-55 triumph over the Kemp Yellowjackets.
In their next game, the Bulldogs meet the Bullard Panthers (Bullard, TX) in a non-league match, on Monday, December 18. Edgewood will attempt to better on its 9-6 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 11-6 record after their 66-50 non-league win over Corsicana (Corsicana, TX).
With the defeat, Kemp moves to 4-11 on the year. The Yellowjackets host Palmer (Palmer, TX) to meet the Bulldogs in a 3A Region III District 18 match on Tuesday, December 19. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 9-2.
