The Fayette County Tigers basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Lamar County Bulldogs to 39 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Lamar for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16.

The Bulldogs (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Hubbertville (Fayette, AL). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 4-5 record.
