Fern Creek Tigers (Louisville, KY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Pleasure Ridge Park Panthers (Louisville, KY), 62-46 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Fern Creek upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Simon Kenton (Independence, KY) to play the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 22. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 2-5.

Next up, the Panthers play the Russell County Lakers (Russell Springs, KY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 16. Pleasure Ridge Park will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Lakers go into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 76-68 league win over Clinton County (Albany, KY).
