In Friday's non-league outing, the Flour Bluff Hornets (Corpus Christi, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Sinton Pirates (Sinton, TX), by a margin of 67-40.
The Hornets (11-6) will now prepare for their outing against Victoria East (Victoria, TX). The Titans go into the non-league outing with a 11-7 record. In their last outing, Victoria East smashed Wharton (Wharton, TX), 57-52, in a non-league outing.
The Pirates now own a 6-10 record. They play next when they host West Oso for a 4A Region IV District 30 outing on Tuesday, December 19. Sinton will clash with a Bears squad coming off a 52-38 non-league win over Calallen (Corpus Christi, TX). The Bears record now stands at 8-7.
