The Garrison Bulldogs basketball team (Garrison, TX), was nudged 44-43 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Spring Hill Panthers (Longview, TX)
The Panthers now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carthage for a 4A Region III District 17 battle on Tuesday, December 19. Spring Hill will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 47-46 non-league loss to Canton (Canton, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-5.
The Bulldogs (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Joaquin (Joaquin, TX). The Rams come into the 2A Region III District 23 battle with a 6-10 record. In their last battle, Joaquin edged Big Sandy (Big Sandy, TX), 68-50, in a non-league battle.
