The James Madison Warhawks basketball team (Vienna, VA), was nudged 54-47 in Friday's non-league battle with the host George C. Marshall Statesmen (Falls Church, VA)
The Statesmen now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Yorktown for a District 2 battle on Monday, December 18. George C. Marshall will battle a Patriots team coming off a 60-57 non-league win over Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology (Alexandria, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 4-4.
The Warhawks (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Chopticon (Morganza, MD). The Braves come into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record.
