Alabama High School Basketball - Wilcox Central winner over Lanett

In Friday's non-league outing, the Wilcox Central Jaguars (Camden, AL) basketball squad felled the visiting Lanett Panthers (Lanett, AL), by a margin of 67-54.

The Jaguars (7-3) will now prepare for their outing against Central of Coosa County (Rockford, AL). The Cougars go into the non-league outing with a 4-3 record. In their last outing, Central of Coosa County was beaten by Troup County (LaGrange, GA), 78-53, in a non-league outing.

The Panthers now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Eufaula for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 16. Lanett will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 86-51 non-league win over Handley (Roanoke, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 4-4.
