Virginia High School Basketball - Robinson topped by Langley

The Langley Saxons basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Robinson Rams to 41 in the Saxons non-league victory on Friday.

The Saxons now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Herndon for a District 2 contest on Monday, December 18. Langley will battle a Hornets team coming off a 80-38 non-league loss to South Lakes (Reston, VA). The Hornets record now stands at 3-3.

The Rams (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA). The Bruins come into the District 4 contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Lake Braddock was defeated by South County (Lorton, VA), 65-55, in a league contest.
