The Windthorst Trojans basketball team (Windthorst, TX), was overwhelmed 59-30 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Lipan Indians (Lipan, TX)
The Indians now possess a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Poolville for a 2A Region II District 11 battle on Tuesday, December 19. Lipan will battle a Monarchs team coming off a 49-43 non-league win over Somerville (Somerville, TX). The Monarchs record now stands at 13-3.
The Trojans (7-5) will now prepare for their battle against Quanah (Quanah, TX). The Indians come into the non-league battle with a 9-5 record. In their last battle, Quanah was overwhelmed by Seymour (Seymour, TX), 57-42, in a non-league battle.
