South Dakota High School Basketball - Red Cloud over Lower Brule

December 15, 2023: Lower Brule, SD 57548

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Red Cloud Crusaders (Pine Ridge, SD) and the host Lower Brule Sioux (Lower Brule, SD), saw Red Cloud's basketball squad overcome Lower Brule by a tally of 52-42.

With the victory, Red Cloud improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Custer (Custer, SD) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 16. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Custer won 85-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Crazy Horse (Wanblee, SD)

Next up, the Sioux confront the Crazy Horse Chiefs (Wanblee, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 16. Lower Brule will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Chiefs come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 85-50 non-league loss to Custer (Custer, SD).
