The Morgan Eagles basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Strawn Greyhounds to 43 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Iredell for a 1A Region III District 20 contest on Tuesday, December 19. Morgan will battle a Dragons team coming off a 38-37 non-league loss to Hico (Hico, TX). The Dragons record now stands at 4-8.
The Greyhounds (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Bluff Dale (Bluff Dale, TX). The Bobcats come into the 1A Region III District 19 contest with a 3-5 record.
