The Newman Smith Trojans routed the visiting Pinkston Vikings basketball team by a final score of 66-43 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Trojans face the Reedy Lions (Frisco, TX) in a 5A Region II District 9 game, on Tuesday, December 19. Newman Smith will attempt to move on its 8-4 season record. The Lions enter the game with a 7-10 record after their 68-62 non-league loss to Guyer (Denton, TX).
