Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Start Spartans (Toledo, OH) and the visiting Waite Indians (Toledo, OH), saw Start's basketball squad overcome Waite by a tally of 67-51.

With the victory, Start improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Spartans host Northview (Sylvania, OH) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 16. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Northview won 69-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Bowling Green (Bowling Green, OH)

Next up, the Indians confront the Bowsher BlueRacers (Toledo, OH) in a Toledo City challenge, on Tuesday, December 19. Waite will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The BlueRacers come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 50-45 non-league win over Washtenaw Christian Academy (Saline, MI).
