Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill Lion (Durham, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting O'Neal Falcons (Southern Pines, NC), 66-23 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Lion host Charlotte Country Day School (Charlotte, NC) to clash with the Buccaneers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Buccaneers go into the bout with a record of 10-2. Charlotte Country Day School lost 73-63 in their recent non-league bout against Cary Academy (Cary, NC)

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Cary Christian Knights (Cary, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 3. O'Neal will attempt to upgrade on its 0-12 season record.
