Indiana High School Basketball - Winchester Community can't hold off Union County

December 15, 2023: Winchester, IN 47394

The Union County Patriots basketball team scored 32 points and held the host Winchester Community Golden Falcons to 31 in the Patriots league triumph on Friday.

The Patriots now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seton Catholic for a non-league contest on Friday, December 22. Union County will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 50-34 non-league win over Knightstown (Knightstown, IN). The Cardinals record now stands at 5-2.

The Golden Falcons (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Delta (Muncie, IN). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 6-1 record.
