In Friday's non-league match, the host Arapahoe Warriors basketball team scored a tight 36-35 triumph over the Southwest Roughriders.
In their next game, the Warriors meet the Northern Valley Huskies (Almena, KS) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 19. Arapahoe will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Huskies enter the match with a 1-5 record after their 35-33 non-league loss to Thunder Ridge (Kensington, KS).
With the defeat, Southwest moves to 3-4 on the year. The Roughriders host Southern Valley (Oxford, NE) to meet the Eagles in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 19. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 6-1.
