California High School Basketball - Evergreen Valley can't hold off Vanden

The Evergreen Valley Cougars basketball team (San Jose, CA), was nudged 59-55 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Vanden Vikings (Fairfield, CA)

The Vikings now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spring Valley for a non-league battle on Monday, December 18. Vanden will battle a Grizzlies team coming off a 51-41 league win over Clark (Las Vegas, NV). The Grizzlies record now stands at 5-0.

The Cougars (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Colfax (Colfax, CA). The Falcons come into the non-league battle with a 8-1 record.
