With the victory, Roosevelt improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Presidents travel to Saugerties (Saugerties, NY) to confront the Sawyers in a Section 9 MHAL I challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Sawyers come into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Saugerties lost 65-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Kingston (Kingston, NY)

Next up, the Panthers confront the South Colonels (Worcester, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Franklin will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
