Maine High School Basketball - Freeport can't hold off Greely

The Greely Rangers basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the visiting Freeport Falcons to 40 in the Rangers league victory on Friday.
The Rangers now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fryeburg for a A South contest on Thursday, December 21. Greely will battle a Raiders team coming off a 50-27 non-league win over Massabesic (Waterboro, ME). The Raiders record now stands at 2-0.
The Falcons (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Biddeford (Biddeford, ME). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Biddeford edged York (York, ME), 43-41, in a league contest.
