Lightridge Bolts (Aldie, VA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host John Champe Knights (Aldie, VA), 67-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lightridge upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Bolts travel to Greensburg Salem (Greensburg, PA) to play the Golden Lions in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 20. The Golden Lions go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Greensburg Salem won 42-12 in their recent league bout against Derry (Derry, PA)

Next up, the Knights play the Heritage Pride (Leesburg, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. John Champe will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
