The Shelton Bulldogs basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Red Cloud Warriors to 44 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lawrence-Nelson for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Shelton will battle a Raiders team coming off a 33-21 non-league loss to Exeter-Milligan/Friend (Exeter, NE). The Raiders record now stands at 1-4.
The Warriors (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Alma (Alma, NE). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Alma ran past Southwest (Bartley, NE), 50-41, in a non-league contest.
