Nebraska High School Basketball - Sandhills Valley ripped by Twin Loup

The Twin Loup Wolves basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Sandhills Valley Mavericks to 18 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Friday.

The Wolves now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hyannis for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16. Twin Loup will meet a Longhorns team coming off a 63-5 non-league loss to Gordon-Rushville (Gordon, NE). The Longhorns record now stands at 2-3.

The Mavericks (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Wauneta-Palisade (Wauneta, NE). The Broncos enter the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Wauneta-Palisade was routed by South Platte (Big Springs, NE), 59-54, in a non-league contest.
