The Lassen Grizzlies basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the visiting Las Plumas Thunderbirds to 13 in the Grizzlies non-league victory on Friday.
The Grizzlies now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Corning for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16. Lassen will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 24-22 non-league win over University Prep (Redding, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-8.
The Thunderbirds (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against University Prep (Redding, CA). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, University Prep was routed by Corning (Corning, CA), 24-22, in a non-league contest.
