The Mullen Mustangs ice hockey squad scored 11 points and restricted the visiting Rampart Rams to 1 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Friday.
With the victory, Mullen moves its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO) to face the Kadets in a 4A North contest on Monday, December 18. The Kadets go into the contest with a record of 0-4. Air Academy lost 10-0 in their recent non-league contest against Durango (Durango, CO)
The Rams now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Kent Denver for a non-league contest on Monday, December 18. Rampart will face a Sun Devils squad coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Cherry Creek (Greenwood Village, CO). The Sun Devils record now stands at 1-4.
