The Rincon/University Rangers basketball team (Tucson, AZ), was overwhelmed 83-19 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Catalina Foothills Falcons (Tucson, AZ)

The Falcons now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Salpointe Catholic for a non-league battle on Monday, January 8. Catalina Foothills will confront a Lancers team coming off a 65-15 league win over Flowing Wells (Tucson, AZ). The Lancers record now stands at 2-0.

The Rangers (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Nogales (Nogales, AZ). The Apaches come into the non-league battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, Nogales trounced Sunnyside (Tucson, AZ), 66-41, in a non-league battle.
