The Christian Patriots basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the host Grossmont Foothillers to 42 in the Patriots non-league victory on Friday.

With the win, Christian upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Patriots travel to Victory Christian Academy (Chula Vista, CA) to clash with the Knights in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 27. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Foothillers clash with the Morse Tigers (San Diego, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 26. Grossmont will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 61-54 non-league loss to Monte Vista (Spring Valley, CA).
