In Friday's league outing, the New Prairie Cougars (New Carlisle, IN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Jimtown Jimmies (Elkhart, IN), by a count of 49-24.
The Cougars (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Mishawaka (Mishawaka, IN). The Cavemen go into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Mishawaka smashed Tippecanoe Valley (Akron, IN), 54-53, in a non-league outing.
The Jimmies now hold a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Fairfield for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 16.
