With the victory, Kennedy improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Panorama (Panorama City, CA) to confront the Pythons in a challenge on Wednesday, January 17. The Pythons come into the challenge with a record of 0-5.

Next up, the Spartans confront the Cleveland Cavaliers (Reseda, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 6. Sylmar will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 60-28 non-league win over Sherman Oaks CES (Reseda, CA).
