Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Upland Highlanders/Scots (Upland, CA) and the visiting Norco Cougars (Norco, CA), saw Upland's basketball squad overcome Norco by a tally of 57-37.

With the victory, Upland improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Highlanders/Scots host Etiwanda (Etiwanda, CA) to play the Eagles in a challenge on Thursday, January 11. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 8-1.

Next up, the Cougars play the Citrus Valley Blackhawks (Redlands, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 16. Norco will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record.
