The Vermont Academy Wildcats (Saxtons River, VT) basketball crushed the visiting Perkiomen School Panthers (Pennsburg, PA), 77-44 in Sunday's non-league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Tilton School for a Lakes Region bout on Friday, January 10.

With the loss, Perkiomen School falls to 10-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Phelps (Malvern, PA) to play the Lions in a Penn-Jersey bout on Wednesday, December 18. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 4-9. Phelps lost 59-55 in their recent league bout against Haverford School (Haverford, PA)
