In Monday's league contest, the host Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop Thunderbirds basketball team scored a big 66-42 win over the B O L D Warriors.
The Thunderbirds (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Minnesota Valley Lutheran (New Ulm, MN). The Chargers come into the non-league match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Minnesota Valley Lutheran overwhelmed New Ulm Cathedral (New Ulm, MN), 67-43, in a non-league match.
