In Monday's non-league contest, the host Eastern Christian HomeSchool Trailblazers basketball team scored a close 37-32 win over the Pitt County Pacers Pacers.
The Trailblazers (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Mattamuskeet (Swan Quarter, NC). The Lakers come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Mattamuskeet edged Northeast Academy For Aerospace and Advanced Tech (Elizabeth City, NC), 55-21, in a non-league contest.
