In Monday's league contest, the visiting Moulton-Udell Eagles basketball team scored a good 41-28 triumph over the Lamoni Demons.

The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Diagonal (Diagonal, IA). The Maroons go into the Bluegrass contest with a 4-0 record. In their last match, Diagonal notched a victory over Lamoni (Lamoni, IA), 41-16, in a league match.

The Demons now sport a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seymour for a Bluegrass match on Tuesday, December 16. Lamoni will face a Warriors squad coming off a 62-14 non-league loss to Wayne (Corydon, IA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-5.
