The Santa Fe Chiefs basketball team (Alma, MO), was overwhelmed 57-18 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Carrollton Trojans (Carrollton, MO)
The Trojans now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Richmond for a Missouri River Valley - East battle on Tuesday, December 21. Carrollton will confront a Spartans team coming off a 85-48 league win over Holden (Holden, MO). The Spartans record now stands at 3-0.
The Chiefs (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against Sweet Springs (Sweet Springs, MO). The Greyhounds come into the I-70 battle with a 4-3 record.
