Palatka Panthers (Palatka, FL) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host First Coast Buccaneers (Jacksonville, FL), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers confront the Menendez Falcons (St. Augustine, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 6. Palatka will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record.
The Buccaneers now have a 3-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ribault for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 4. First Coast will confront a Trojans team coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to Creekside (St. Johns, FL). The Trojans record now stands at 1-7.
