Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Bushnell-Prairie City Spartans (Bushnell, IL) and the host Midwest Central Raiders (Manito, IL), saw Bushnell-Prairie City's basketball squad knock off Midwest Central by a count of 63-45.

With the victory, Bushnell-Prairie City upgrades its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Knoxville (Knoxville, IL) to play the Blue Bullets in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 19. The Blue Bullets come into the challenge with a record of 4-3.

Next up, the Raiders play the Illini Central Cougars (Mason City, IL) in a Sangamo challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Midwest Central will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record.
