The Corry Beavers basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting Maplewood Tigers to 28 in the Beavers non-league victory on Friday.

The Beavers now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oil City for a District 10 Region 5 contest on Friday, January 20.

The Tigers (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Jamestown (Jamestown, PA). The Muskies come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Jamestown was routed by Mercer (Mercer, PA), 66-34, in a league contest.
