The Harleton Wildcats basketball team (Harleton, TX), was overwhelmed 65-33 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Cumby Trojans (Cumby, TX)
The Trojans now possess a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alba-Golden for a 2A Region II District 15 battle on Tuesday, December 20. Cumby will confront a Panthers team coming off a 48-11 non-league win over Trenton (Trenton, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 7-7.
The Wildcats (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against East Texas Homeschool Sports (Longview, TX). The Chargers come into the non-league battle with a 12-2 record. In their last battle, East Texas Homeschool Sports trounced CHAAMP HomeSchool (Mt. Pleasant, TX), 51-46, in a non-league battle.
