The Episcopal Maroon basketball team (Alexandria, VA), was toppled 68-56 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Springdale Prep Lions (New Windsor, MD)

The Lions now possess a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to John Carroll for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 17. Springdale Prep will confront a Patriots team coming off a 85-62 non-league loss to Mount St. Joseph (Baltimore, MD). The Patriots record now stands at 3-3.

The Maroon (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Mercersburg Academy (Mercersburg, PA). The Blue Storm come into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record.
