Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the George School Cougars (Newtown, PA) and the visiting West Nottingham Rams (Colora, MD), saw George School's basketball squad overcome West Nottingham by a tally of 73-55.

With the victory, George School improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Olympus (Carneys Point, NJ) to confront the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 21. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 3-3.

Next up, the Rams confront the Avon Grove Charter Wolves (West Grove, PA) in a Mid-Atlantic Independent challenge, on Friday, December 16. West Nottingham will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 62-39 league loss to Tri-State Christian (Elkton, MD).
