Harrison Wildcats (Harrison, OH) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Mt. Healthy Fighting Owls (Cincinnati, OH), 51-36 in a league bout.

With the victory, Harrison upgrades its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Loveland (Loveland, OH) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 5-2. Loveland won 51-32 in their recent non-league bout against Glen Este (Cincinnati, OH)

Next up, the Fighting Owls play the Fannin County Rebels (Blue Ridge, GA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 27. Mt. Healthy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Rebels come into the bout with a 1-9 record after their 66-61 league loss to Gordon Central (Calhoun, GA).
