Red River Bulldogs (Coushatta, LA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Haynesville Golden Tornado (Haynesville, LA), 79-35 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Red River upgrades its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Haughton (Haughton, LA) to play the Buccaneers in a non-league bout on Monday, December 19. The Buccaneers come into the bout with a record of 5-10. Haughton lost 68-55 in their recent non-league bout against Ringgold (Ringgold, LA)

Next up, the Golden Tornado play the Downsville Demons (Downsville, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 19. Haynesville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Demons come into the bout with a 0-14 record after their 64-34 non-league loss to LaSalle (Olla, LA).
