Mississippi High School Basketball - Lanier tipped by Ridgeland

In Friday's non-league match, the host Ridgeland Titans basketball team scored a tight 65-58 triumph over the Lanier Bulldogs.

In their next game, the Titans meet the Vicksburg Gators (Vicksburg, MS) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 17. Ridgeland will attempt to move on its 11-4 season record. The Gators enter the match with a 12-1 record after their 50-47 non-league win over Murrah (Jackson, MS).

With the defeat, Lanier moves to 5-7 on the year. The Bulldogs host Velma Jackson (Camden, MS) to meet the Falcons in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 20. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 6-8.
