The Lockport Porters (Lockport, IL) basketball knocked off the visiting Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL), 52-44 in Friday's non-league test.

The Porters (7-2) will now prepare for their test against Waubonsie Valley (Aurora, IL). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Waubonsie Valley went down by DeKalb (DeKalb, IL), 54-45, in a league test.

The Knights now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Oswego East for a non-league test on Friday, December 23. Lincoln-Way Central will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 65-52 non-league loss to Curie (Chicago, IL). The Wolves record now stands at 10-2.
