In Friday's non-league outing, the Rapid City Christian Comets (Rapid City, SD) basketball squad edged the host Lower Brule Sioux (Lower Brule, SD), by a count of 73-66.

The Comets (4-0) will now prepare for their match against White River (White River, SD). The Tigers enter the non-league match with a 4-0 record. In their last match, White River tipped Lakota Tech (Pine Ridge, SD), 52-43, in a non-league match.
