Illinois High School Basketball - Providence-St. Mel can't hold off Montini Catholic

The Montini Catholic Broncos basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Providence-St. Mel Knights to 57 in the Broncos non-league triumph on Friday.

The Broncos now sport a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Edward for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3.

The Knights (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Legal Prep (Chicago, IL). The enter the non-league contest with a 1-9 record.
